What happens after the 7-day trial?
You'll be prompted to choose a paid plan (Pro at $149/seat/mo or Teams at $447/mo for 5 seats). If you don't add a payment method, your account pauses — no surprise charges.
How does seat-based licensing work?
Each seat is one user login. Pro plans are billed per seat. Teams bundles include 5 seats (buy 3, get 2 free). You can add seats anytime (prorated charge now); seat reductions take effect at your next renewal.
What is Bid Access?
Bid Access is an organization-wide add-on ($49/mo or $490/year) that lets your team submit digital bids after the complimentary first bid. It is not a seat SKU and does not unlock issuer/project bidding tools — Pro and Teams include full bidding. Viewing invitation documents and addenda stays free.
